I can't see any Events or Activities in the Mobile App?

MahaliKenya App Uses your location to provide activities or events in your area, this requires locassion permissions from your mobile phone. Turn on phone location and tapping Reload button in the Event or Activity Pages. Alternatively You can also Tap the Search Icon on either Activities or Events Pages respectively and Search through activities or events.

Can I change My Company Name?

Here at MahaliKenya we only allow a company admin to create a Company Name only once, that is when only creating the company. Further, intentions to change your Company Name, write to us via care@mahalikenya.com or Contact Us

What is a Published or Unpublished Event or Activity in Company Profile?

Company Published Event or Activity means that it is available as a listing in the app while Unpublished means that they are not available to the app normal user for search, save, bucket-list adding and liking.

How do I access route/map navigation assist when I want to go to a certain Activity or Event location within the app?

You can find this in the Activity or Event Detail page when you tap the Coordinates(i.e -1.776777 36.567888) on top right corner in Event or Activity Pages, or the Event or Activity Detail card "View Details" in Activities or Events, Search Pages.

How do I know if a company is verified?

You can always know the status of a Verified Company whose listings of Activities or Events are listed by checking their profile in the Activity or Event Detail Pages above the Coordinates in Blue.

How do I find Activities or Events from other Kenyan Locales?

You can find this in Search Pages of Activities or Events respectively, You can Search By Location, Activity/Event Tag, Name, Price of in any of Activities or Evens in that which interests you.
